We do not sell your personal data. We may share information only: with our professional team (dietitians) as needed to provide the service; with infrastructure/service providers acting on our behalf (e.g., hosting and messaging) under confidentiality obligations; or where required by law.
The app reads step and activity data from Health Connect (Android) or Apple Health (iOS) solely to display your activity within the app. We do not sell or share this data with third parties for marketing. You can revoke access at any time in your device settings.
How to delete your data: You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing liveatapp@gmail.com from the email you registered with.
We will delete your personal and health data (including step and activity data) within 30 days of the request, except where we are legally required to retain it.
We retain data as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law, and take reasonable measures to protect it against unauthorized access or use.
The app is not directed to children below the age at which parental consent is required under applicable law. We do not knowingly collect data from children without appropriate consent.
